IF – Proverb

The topic for illustration friday this week is “Proverb”. Immediately this piece of art came to mind.  The english translation…  A pig in shining armour – is still a pig. (remember that ladies!!) I did this piece a couple of years ago when a friend of mine was taken in by a man who portrayed himself as a knight in shining armour, alas he was just a pig of a man disguised. After he broke my friends heart, took her for what he could (once he had won her trust), he left her broken hearted and broke. A story you seem to hear more and more now days. So ladies, keep your eyes open! If he looks like a pig, eats like a pig and squeelze like a pig… it’s a pig…. RUN!
